• Costs model for not recurrent activities concerning various Telco Carriers and Central Public Administration. This activity supported the development of proposals for different Customer Units (H3G, TIM and Wind).
• Managing the implementation of the in-sourcing activity of the H3G Operation & Maintenance department within Ericsson.
• Technical support to the proposal related to in-sourcing plan of the WIND Operation & Maintenance department within Ericsson.
• Managing the network rollout for Telecom Italia.
• Managing the radio network rollout for TIM in the Lazio and Toscana regions.
