HR Director ItalyWith a turnover of approximately 60 million Euros and a workforce of 1,000 employees and veterinarians, the company operates across 30 veterinary clinics and hospitals. Reporting directly to the President, I provide comprehensive support to the holding company, hospitals, and clinics, ensuring the effective management and implementation of the overall HR and Health & Safety strategy.In close collaboration with the Management team, my responsibilities include:- **Developing and implementing customized HR initiatives**: I design projects, tools, and procedures tailored for recruitment, onboarding, and talent retention, while offering ongoing feedback and HR advice to the Management. - **Leading employee engagement and performance management**: I oversee employee surveys and manage the performance, MBO (Management by Objectives), rewards, and salary review systems to foster employee growth and satisfaction. - **Strategic HR analysis and reporting**: By continually monitoring HR KPIs, I provide strategic insights and best practices to Managers, hospitals, and clinics to ensure alignment with key HR processes.- **Budget and cost management**: I am responsible for forecasting, monitoring, and managing HR budgets and costs to align with company objectives.- **Health & Safety and administrative accuracy**: Ensuring the correct execution of all H&S, administrative, contractual, and payroll processes by coordinating the internal HR team and external labour and H&S consultants.- **Driving a high-performance culture**: I promote a culture of performance, accountability, and motivation, aligned with both people and business objectives.

I led the HR function in Italy and the South Central Europe countries. I led and modelled the way for HR related topics in partnership with the COO and the Managing Directors. In 2019 I started also to collaborate with the Africa Western Europe Region with projects on Succession Planning, Employees Engagement and Satisfacion, Talents, Learining and Development, Sustainability
