During my professional experiences , I was able to consolidate strong leadership skills that allow me to carry out a series of projects, giving value to the whole reference team.My main feature is to be able to organize the work team and make sure that they can work on projects in an effective way by using team building and communication and urging the team to give its best in developing new ideas and solving problems. My current position has, as main partners, internationally, Vice President R&D and the global R&D Directors based in the headquarters in USA.As Leader I am part of a global R&D team with cross-functional teams. Other international functions, with whom I have contact, are, primarily, Marketing Directors, Product Managers ,Sales Managers and Directors and Technical Service Managers.In addition, the development of new solutions and sustaining on existing, puts me in touch with Customers, Notified Bodies, External Labs for test, and supplier.Passion, commitment and desire for innovation are the peculiarities that most characterize me starting from the academic activity up to the current job position that allowed me to transfer these values to other colleagues in Italy and abroad with whom I compare daily.
