I am a Senior Partner Emeritus and Senior Advisor at the Boston Consulting Group, retiring as a full-time partner at the end of December, 2021. I am also Principal, Standfast Advisors, focused on supporting small and medium sized technology companies and non-profits on strategy and execution. I am an angel investor with Launchpad Ventures Group and focus on platform businesses, B2B SaaS companies, and greentech ventures. I am on the advisory board of an MIT startup enterprise software company, Profit Isle.At BCG, I became a BCG Henderson Institute Fellow in 2017 and I led BCG's Technology Advantage practice in the North American region from 2012-2017 when I helped found BCG Platinion in NA and led the acquisition of MAYA Design. Since joining BCG in 1996, I have advised clients across a number of sectors,including automotive, engineered products, and technology. I specialize in technology-driven innovation, business transformation, digital and IT strategy, operating-model design, Implementation and organizational efficiency.Before joining BCG, I worked at GE Aircraft Engines, leading itsDestroy-Your-Business.com group. I started my career as a product developmentengineer for Product Genesis.
