Team Leader and Strategic Advisor (as a Managing Consultant of ICT Consulting) of the CIO upon the setup of a fully automated order-to-delivery process in the OSS chain.Assessment of the service delivery processes implemented on the legacy systems; gap analysis against international frameworks (eTOM/TAM); definition of the TO-BE application map for the OSS environment; identification of the optimal transitional path in order to achieve maximum automation to bring processes from the AS-IS state to the identified TO-BE scenario; drafting of tender specifications and the management of the supply assignment process for the construction of the new OSS delivery chain.

Team Leader and Strategic Advisor of SKY ITALIA Technology Division (as a Managing Consultant of ICT Consulting), supporting the definition of the implementation program aimed to entry the Italian market of fixed telecommunications operators.Review of the network architecture guidelines made by SKY UK; Italian wholesale market assessment; risk assessment in managing a dual supply chain; evaluation of the impact of regulatory requirements; network business case; definition of a new operating structure within SKY ITALIA with functional groups, cross-country collaboration groups, and their staffing.

Strategic Advisor (as a Managing Consultant of ICT Consulting) for the Open Fiber top management (CEO, CTO) on the Infratel tenders aimed to grant the government concession of building, maintaining and managing an ultrabroadband (UBB) Passive Optical Network (GPON) in Italian areas with no private competition (called “white areas” or clusters C/D). Responsible for the network infrastructure modeling and network cost analysis (on over 80 thousand sites and 9,3 millions of building units), to support the overall business plan and the related offering for the tenderAlso involved in the project management (Wave 1) and GPON network architecture model for the delivery of UBB wholesale services. Both Wave 1 and Wave 2 has been assigned to Open Fiber. [Supply value: 2,65 billion euros]

Technology Innovation Manager (as a Managing Consultant of ICT Consulting) on activities aimed to select advanced technology suppliers of 3D screen and cages, holograms systems, augmented reality systems, domotics, building management systems, interactive monitors and message boards, multitouch tables to setup VIP guest rooms (i.e. Eni laboratories, new Eni campus, Eni Corporate University, Eni next generation office). Some of the activities have been made in collaboration with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

Program Manager (as a Managing Consultant of ICT Consulting) of the FASTWEB Network Engineering Department (about 70 people). Setup of the Program Management Office (PMO), definition and implementation of tools, methodologies and processes in order to perform demand management, task planning, time allocation.In the last year of the collaboration, Strategic Advisor on the BSS/OSS transformation: drafting and management of a tender procedure for the selection of a technology partner to whom to commit the CRM-OM area transformation.Afterwards drafting of technical-economical specification documents for the selection of a Service Order Management application.

Team Leader in a diversified collaboration (as a Managing Consultant of ICT Consulting) consisting of three fundamental phases:• Evolution of the corporate data network and of the relationship model with the TLC Outsourcer: migration from a physical private network service model to a virtual private network (VPN) based on MPLS technology. The project led to the realization of a new network infrastructure called “Leonardo”.• Strategic plan regarding the evolution of the telecommunications services: guidelines definition according to market trends, company organization and application requirements.• LANs solution catalogue: definition of a portfolio of standard solutions to address different size and requirements of Enel sites. Drafting of the RFP’s technical annex sent to the market leading edge technology providers.

Set of activities carried out as a Senior Consultant of ICT Consulting:• Risk Assessment and Business Impact Analysis starting from the business continuity requirement of most critical processes. All the companies of the Group have adopted the developed tool for their risk analysis.• Tender process (RFI/RFP/RFQ) to select a customized DR solution designed to meet the recovery requirement to assure IT service continuity.• Requirements definition for a technical annex of a tender aimed to outsource contact center services, integrated with knowledge management and trouble ticketing systems.

Continuative technical and strategic collaboration (as a Consultant of ICT Consulting) to address a large number of issues and contexts, among which:• IP network engineering (for the Network Operations department): traffic analysis, architecture design, capacity planning according to SLA, migration plan. ALBACOM modified the IP network according to the new design.• Optimization of the use of transmission resources used to deliver TLC services to top clients (for the Sales department). An improvement program was launched according to the project’s results.• Benchmarking (for the Sales department) of large enterprises telecommunication services (with more than 150 service items) in the Italian market. Output used to support the negotiation process between ALBACOM and his customer.• Profitability analysis (for the Sales department) of Telecommunication custom solutions according to a fully-allocated cost methodology. A revision of the pricelist by ALBACOM followed. • Definition of a complete pricelist for management services (provisioning, help desk, monitoring, security, inventory, reporting), used by the Sales department of ALBACOM as the official price annex to contracts with large accounts.
