As IT Business System Analyst I was responsible for evaluating, planning, organizing, and controlling resources and costs of the project.In the Project Management activity I followed out the phases of the project having in scope as ultimate achievement a specific objective within a predefined deadline with the customer. During the course of the various phases I sent notifications to the project team with the state forward, any anomalies or deviation of time / cost. Ready to work in team and to motivate members.Other activities were related to problem solving, user requests and divisional/company needs:- Support internal and external auditors for local financial audit extracting data (SOX Sarbanes-Oxley Act), providing support and documentation.- Keep systems and processes aligned with company's Policies and legal/fiscal obligations, ensure the right documentation. Identify new strategies in order to improve systems.- Guarantee correct functioning of all application portfolio in accordance with Corporate, divisional and local indications, monitoring failures and fixing issues. - Identify user’s needs, collecting ideas and proposing new projects.
