Manage and oversee all the activities of operations in the country, to achieve the best results and performance, in full respect of objectives and policies defined by the Country Manager.Monitor economic and financial results for- Production- Procurement- Project Management- Site activities- Sales and tenderingCollaborate with Controller to ensure reliability of reporting, providing all necessary information.Support Project Managers in solving key problems during tender, project execution, and maintenance.- Decide with the Country Manager, the acquisition of the projects within the country, considering the Country guidelines for pricing and minimum profitability.- Define with the Country Manager the yearly budget and targets considering the overall strategy.Collaborate with other countries for the assignment of resources.Is responsible to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.Establish and maintain operational budgets for his/her team personnel and equipment.Is responsible for the resources assigned to his department, ensuring the correct application of tools and policies on training, career path and evaluations and inputs to compensation systems.

Develop and implement the policies and goals for the IT department. Analyze the business requirements of different departments and conduct feasibility studies to determine the best use of technical resources.
