As regional head of technology I'm called to oversee the following activities for the whole region :Develop technical aspects of the company’s strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals in full respect of the directives defined by the groupDiscover and implement new technologies that give competitive advantageHelp departments use technology profitablySupervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiencyBuild quality assurance and data protection processesMonitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performanceUse stakeholders’ feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technologyCommunicate technology strategy to partners and investorsThis include overseeing the infrastructure of technical operations, tracking the technology itself as well as the IT team in order to achieve goals, meet quotas, eliminate security risks, increase user satisfaction, and maintaining operations and systems.

Manage and oversee all the activities of operations in the country, to achieve the best results and performance, in full respect of objectives and policies defined by the Country Manager.Monitor economic and financial results for- Production- Procurement- Project Management- Site activities- Sales and tenderingCollaborate with Controller to ensure reliability of reporting, providing all necessary information.Support Project Managers in solving key problems during tender, project execution, and maintenance.- Decide with the Country Manager, the acquisition of the projects within the country, considering the Country guidelines for pricing and minimum profitability.- Define with the Country Manager the yearly budget and targets considering the overall strategy.Collaborate with other countries for the assignment of resources.Is responsible to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.Establish and maintain operational budgets for his/her team personnel and equipment.Is responsible for the resources assigned to his department, ensuring the correct application of tools and policies on training, career path and evaluations and inputs to compensation systems.

Develop and implement the policies and goals for the IT department. Analyze the business requirements of different departments and conduct feasibility studies to determine the best use of technical resources.
