I have held management roles for more than twenty years in a multi-national company in the automotive sector dealing with innovation and business expansion, engineering and re-engineering of product / process, adopting criteria to reduce environmental impacts and rationalize costs. I have developed multiple multi-cultural relationships in diversified international contexts.In recent years I have associated corporate culture with the deep knowledge of corporate sustainability and business innovation. I deal with training and managerial coaching supporting the orgnization's Management ESG issues, circular economy, digital transformation, sustainability reporting.I graduated in Electronic Engineering at the University of Bologna and I've got a Master's Degree in Sustainability & Business Innovation at the Bologna Business School. I am certified Chief Value Officer and I'm specialized in the sustainability reporting process with accreditation from Bureau Veritas. I am also certified Circular Economy Advisor at Apave Italia CPM.
