In my professional life I’ve enjoyed several roles and different challenges: organization consultant and trainer, general manager and CEO, board member of banks, companies, public institutions.After my postgraduate biennial specialization, I started working for a consultancy company where I took on growing responsabilities becoming Division Director and Board Member in 1998. I dealt with projects about strategy, organization and HR management for corporations, public sector and membership organizations. At the same time, as a qualified expert in Organization Theory and in Policy Making, I held a number of teaching posts at universities and business schools; I was also a project evaluator for the EU and I published books, essays and articles.From 2008 to March 2015 I was the General Manager of one of the biggest italian business interest associations and the CEO of the subsidiary holding corporation.From 2016 to March 2019 I worked as a coach associated to ICF (International Coach Federation) and I was the CEO at YouManage, a company which provides change management services, being a market leader in the Financial Coaching field.From April 2019 I'm back to the business interest organizations sector at Confindustria Forlì Cesena.From January 2020, after Confindustria Forlì Cesena joined up Confindustria Romagna, I'm the General Manager at Assoservizi Romagna and the Coodinator of Forlì Cesena branch at Confindustria Romagna.
