Working in the IT world from way back in 1984, a passion that I turned into profession always with a focus on product management, innovation and research, with an academic parallel path that led me to graduate in Business and Economics at University of Bologna. I have managed projects and work groups of varying sizes and so I also have a solid experience in team and people management. Within CRIF I held various roles, mainly managing the development of produts and infrastructure software, currently I'm the Corporate CTO at CRIF SpA, a role where I coordinate the Corparate Architect Consultant team, with a focus on innovation initiatives in banking and financial markets with a specific interest on Digital Transformation and Machine Learning/Big Data (yes, I consider these two topics the same!).I'm also currently working as the Tech Lead for CRIF internal InnovEcoS team, with the goal to find, investigate and evaluate new and existing startups interested to collaborate with CRIF.
