In this role I'm working on the functional aspects of projects involving the implementation of management systems based on the SAP Business One ERP.The main tasks in this role are:• demo pre-sales to potential clients,• business process analysis, • consulting and definition of the solutions required by the customer, • writing of project and system documentation,• implementation of the system with data import,• customization based on standard SAP Business One tool,• training of key users, • execution of user acceptance testing,• go-live assistance.

Finding highly customized solutions for customers which use SAP Business One as ERP system with the aim to extend and/or improve the customer business processes through:• Integration with external IT systems such as e-commerce web sites, warehouse or logistics (3PL) management systems, factoring systems, automated banking.• EDI systems• Reporting and BI• SAP Business One specific add-onsMain responsibilities are:• Visiting the customer for analysis and consultancy• Writing system documentation (business process requirements, system design, testing) • Business process analysis and IT system architecture design • Development effort estimation• Coding the software solution in C# (deep knowledge of the SAP B1 SDK, SQL, HANA, XML and XSLT, Crystal Report)• User acceptance tests• Final customer training

As a responsible for the IT management system, I’m leading a project to integrate under a unique platform the processes automation of the whole organization. At the present I’m focusing on the development of industrial orders management for custom UPS systems. The project spans transversely from the tender management, to the production management and the cost control/P&L.The adopted ERP system is SAP Business One.Major project criticalities are the integration of heterogeneous technologies, the data storage centralization and data analysis (business intelligence).Gained significant experience in IT Project Management and in software design of LOB applications based on the MVVM design pattern and PRISM as (Microsoft Patterns and Practices Team) guidance for building "composite applications" (.NET, C#, WPF, SQL Server, Entity Framework, XML).

In this period I have been working as part-time employee (4 days a week) and as freelanceConsultancy and project management in integrated IT systems implementation based on the enterprise resource planning (ERP) software “SAP Business One” and on “BeAs” software for production management. Analysis and development of management software in Microsoft .NET environment (Visual Studio, SQL Server, C#, SAP B1 SDK) with Agile methods . Consultancy in quality management systems based on ISO9000:2008 standard and in techniques of problem solving and continuous improvement based on 6-sigma methodologies. Design and management of counselling and coaching projects for promoting performance improvement, team tuning, working climate and self-knowledge as a way for contributing to personal and organizational wellness.

SIPT is a private school recognized by the Ministry of University and Scientific Research for the training of psychotherapists and counselors.For SIPT I did internal quality audits and training for their ISO 9000:2008 Quality Management System. Furthermore I followed as consultant and Project Manager the development of a B to C web portal dedicated to support customer relationship management and key business processes.

As production engineering manager for a clinical diagnostic device (IVD), I have gained significant experience (operational, organizational and managerial) in production management through the techniques of lean production, kamban, cell organization and 5S. All this framed in a strict quality management system according to the ISO9000:2000 and ISO13485 standards and FDA standards concerned to the requirements for process validation. The experience has been gained both in the production process (from the qualification and selection of suppliers to the assembly and testing) and the product itself.

Within this organization, I held two roles in time: first as area quality manager and then as program manager. As a Program Manager I followed the product life cycle that runs from the time the contract with the customer is signed, until the delivery of the first production sampling. The tasks have included the schedule of all activities (feasibility, design, prototyping, testing, sampling), with involvement across many business functions (marketing, R & D, production, purchasing, quality), and their direction in constant contact with the customer for the respect of time and expected deliverable (product and documentation). The customers (IBM, MOTOROLA, ALCATEL, CISCO, etc..) relation management has spanned the various stages of design review, until the product release to production. In the role of production area quality manager, I gained significant technical expertise and team work coordination skills in improving the process/product using six sigma methodologies in a ISO9000 quality environment. The types of process involved were: mounting card technology (pth, smd glue, smd reflow and mixed) and testing of electronic circuits (in-circuit, functional testing and optical inspection systems). I participated in starting up a production line in China as quality responsible for the project. My activities have contributed to the production line and product qualification by the customer (Motorola). I stayed in China for a total period of 4 months.
