As a responsible for the IT management system, I’m leading a project to integrate under a unique platform the processes automation of the whole organization. At the present I’m focusing on the development of industrial orders management for custom UPS systems. As a Program Manager I followed the product life cycle that runs from the time the contract with the customer is signed, until the delivery of the first production sampling. I participated in starting up a production line in China as quality responsible for the project. My activities have contributed to the production line and product qualification by the customer (Motorola). I stayed in China for a total period of 4 months.
