Activity: Chemical and physical synthesis and analysis of nanostructured chalcogenide materials for Phase Change Memories (PCM) and topological insulator chalcogenides.Coordinator of the FP7 European Project SYNAPSE,“"Synthesis and functionality of chalcogenide Nanostructures for PhaSE change memories"- 2012-2015.Since November 2018 he has been a key investigator within the EU H2020 FET PROACT project SKYTOP, in relation to the MOCVD Synthesis of topological insulator chalcogenide materials for spintronic applications.Since January 2019 he has been Workpackage leader for the materials development in the EU project H2020 ICT BeforeHand (2019-2021), devoted to the study of chalcogenide heterostructures for innovative phase change devices combining memory and computation capabilities.
