This project provide integration of Unified Communication platform that enables Telecom Italia core network to deliver basic and enhanced voice services for business users in IMS environment. • I coordinate the certification and integration of Unified Communication in IMS core network of Telecom Italia, taking care of testing, delivery and users migration.• Active in the implementation, installation and configuration of UC solution (Broadsoft)• Responsible for defining the delivery strategy, planning and implementing the deployment delivery to meet customer needs. • I am responsible for planning activities, overseeing work, allocate tasks to the members of the team.• primary interface between customer and 3rd party suppliers• I provide all technical documentations• During weekly meeting, I propose action to be taken to address any critical issue.• I collect customer requirements and convert them in indications for the SW development• I analyses the bugs and provides indications to the Software Engineers for their fixing.

This project provide a new network architecture and technology platform compliant to IMS standards, as System Integrator I work mainly to ensure the integration and delivery of solution that enable voice and data convergence between Mobile e NGN Wireline network.3rd party suppliers: Ericsson core network, Broadsoft UC, Huawei MSAN, Alcaltel-Lucent MSAN.• I coordinate the execution of validation and acceptance tests• Requirements analysis• I ensure the integration and delivery of solutions in the new IMS core network of Telecom Italia.• Prepare, execute and analyze functional tests• I produce all the necessary documents supporting certification (release notes, patch notes, test reports, etc ...).• Technical support for troubleshooting and bug fixing activities • Check status of validation with the customer to analyze potential issue and define appropriate action to ensure that deadlines are met• Supporting procedure migration users to the new IMS core network architecture (part of the decommissioning plan of Telecom Italia).

International project for France TelecomMain activities and responsibilites:I work in Validation & Certification Engineering unites, providing professional technical solution, liaising directly with customer contacts in order to develop a clear understanding of the technical requirements, documenting these requirements to develop an agreed solution as required.I focus on:Customer Relationships - Development of long-term multi level working relationships with Corporate customers built upon trust and a demonstrable understanding of their business providing personal technical credibility.Technical Support – providing a tecnical support (3 level) to the after sales unite.
