Offdigit is about living the dream. We are a startup studio and a software house. We are focused on what we do best: building groundbreaking digital experiences.

Milan got me me, but not completely: I dreamed of living in Treviso and being an entrepreneur. So I decided to leave Satispay and took some time to build a new chapter in my life while, as a consultant, supporting some companies with their digital projects.

I joined Satispay 6 months before the public release of the app. On the product side I took care of the UX of the 2.0 version of the app. I developed and coordinate the marketing strategy and all the activities related to the launch: from the new website, to communication, to the choice of the agencies that supported us with traditional PR and offline events. The first phase of the launch focused on universities in Milan, especially Bocconi university. Since I have joined Satispay the company has grown from 5 to 16 people and has raised € 5.1M from private and institutional investors.

My H-Farm adventure was made up of two chapters.First in the press office of the incubator, where my main responsibility was internal and external communication: managing press and media relations, planning and delivery of press releases, organization of various meet-ups and events, both internal (information and knowledge sharing, workshops) and external (investors day, corporate events). Other activities included market research and analysis, scouting of relevant tech trends and investment screening.Then managing Corso12, a startup founded there with which we developed two products: Corso12 (later named Chat.Me), a photo-sharing app with advanced localization features; ShakeChat, a social discovery app to meet new friends in an intuitive and playful way.As a general manager and product owner I had a broad and diverse range of responsibilities: defining the vision and mission of the company, managing the human capital from talent scouting to recruitment and people management, product management, fundraising and investors relations, marketing.

In 2009 I joined Calze Gladys, my family owned fashion business in the production and distribution of socks and tights. I was involved in many different business processes: from suppliers relations to style department coordination and eventually to sales, where I was leading the national agents’ network.

During university I started ilTrovaModa, my first digital project, a fashion platform aimed at solving two main needs: on one end, consumers’ looking for a map of the fashion multi-brand retail distribution and offers; on the other, retailers’ looking for a powerful yet cost effective tool to communicate with their existing customer base and drive new clients to the store.
