I've been professionally employed in the construction, real estate and customer service industries for the majority of my life. After working with me, people will always describe me as someone who can not only get the job done, but actually cares about people and creating a relationship for life rather than working for just the transaction at the moment.If a client won't refer me to their friends and family for their real estate needs, I have clearly failed at my job. I take great pride when clients trust me with their most important real estate needs.I have worked on multi million dollar commercial and residential construction projects, but in the beginning of my career, I took on smaller residential jobs with my father. I learned in the beginning, that it did not matter how big or small the project was because for the client, there weren't any projects more important than theirs.I've continued this important understanding into my real estate business: There isn't a bigger or more important real estate transaction than yours.
