- Being responsible for area supply growth, main KPIs, fleet base quality- Being responsible for area financials, spending and P&L- POC for Business Development dept (contact with store managers, scout new expansion opportunities)- POC for Marketing dept for offline campaigns (leaflets, billboards, co-marketing)

• Operating model restructuring of Turin and Genoa • Business setup and management of Savona • Hiring, training and management of the local fleet • Co-creation of the sales forecast and local marketing campaigns with central teams• Improve the actual processes and design new long term scalable and automate solution

• Development, deployment and monitoring of marketing campaigns such as co-marketing activities, leafleting, events and partner promotion• Coordination of marketing campaigns with sales activities through consumer analysis • Management of the local marketing budget • Recruitment and staff management of a team of about 20 promoters and hostesses• Development of a re-branding campaign in the whole city

• Assist local targeted point of sales to ensure perfect distribution, visibility and identify distribution opportunities opening new local accounts• Build a campus plan that ensures strong impact on the total student audience, engaging new users and diverse groups, organizing guerriglia marketing activities, products seeding activities and third events support • Manage sport/culture/field events all around Italy (GP Monza, Milan Design Week and many others Red Bull events) and work on relations with stakeholders (organizations, company partners and athletes)• Consumer and market research: know the positioning of the company and competitors, the consumer habits with the aim of making targeted strategies.
