I play an essential role in the marketing, creative, communications and digital departments. I am responsible for leading our team, developing creative guidelines and directing creative work for each project. I build new connections to grow Avance's portfolio and network.

Securing investors for a $2m full length feature based on the short film. Managing pre-production including planning budgets, locations, casting, visual and lighting plans, and on set-logistics and contingencies. Also was a lead in the organisation of production from conception to final delivery. Secured over $10,000 in additional funding through investor sourcing. Headed the camera and lighting team on set consisting of over 10 people. Supervised post-production including editing, sound design, scoring, and colour.

Executive Producing major narrative film productions globally, taking charge of every aspect of production from conception to final delivery. Obtaining over $500,000 in project funding by presenting to investors, financiers, and other project stakeholders, as well as managing financial budgets for production.

Working as a creative producer and coordinator for a wide array of marketing campaigns spanning the release of various flagship Xiaomi products. Corresponding with executives, brand ambassadors, and marketing teams globally, I plan, organise, and curate the shooting of marketing content used in the global release of Xiaomi's new products.

Worked as a bartender in one of the top and busiest rooftop bars in Darling Harbour, Sydney. I also gained experience working as a floor-boy and received cocktail training. Received employee of the month out of over 50 staff members.

I worked as a production assistant on the Amazon TV show: The Grand Tour. I was placed in charge of a variety of production situations, including working in close proximity with the show's stars, Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond, and James May as well as the series director Phil Churchward to help coordinate logistics for the show's scripted segments and live audience shows, provide research for the show, and to assist with general production needs.

We worked with major international corporations, national sporting teams, real-estate firms, developers, and both local and international private clients.
