Responsible for Hong Kong and Taiwan Frontiers POS changes and Managing Australia and New Zealand Frontiers POS mass deployment requirements. Gathering business requirements from business team and understanding customer, business, and stakeholder needs. Planning the change release calendar and review the backlog CRs with product owner and business team to obtain the priority of the CRs. Presenting process flows and flowcharts to business to avoid functionality gaps. Documenting the Meetings and Business requirements in collaboration portal – Confluence. Leading the change management process and managing the change requests in Jira. Representing the changes in Change Advisory Board(CAB) for all Frontiers POS changes. Measuring the quality of the project in QA/SIT phase and ensuring it’s as per the business requirement. Conducting a business UAT as per project plan and obtaining a formal Implementation Signoff. Managing and coordinating with various Internal resources, external vendors and system integration partners to ensure flawless execution of Sprints.
