*Nominated for A&R Administrator of the Year award at the MBW A&R Awards 2017*Overseeing the recording process across all acts on the RCA Records and Ministry of Sound Recordings labels within Sony Music Entertainment UK. - Working closely with A&R Managers and Finance to create project budgets, monitor and forecast recording spend and ensure that recording budgets are adhered to. - Organising recording sessions; booking recording/mixing studios, arranging travel and accommodation, anticipating potential issues and solving problems where they may arise. - Negotiating competitive rates and deal terms around album production including producers, mixers, musicians, engineers, studios, equipment and remixes. - Liaising with Business Affairs to ensure that all required contracts and paperwork are in place for all parties involved in a recording. - Paying suppliers in a timely fashion and dealing with payment queries.

Overseeing A&R Administration duties for Ministry of Sound, Search and Destroy and The Full Hundred labels, as well as other acts on Columbia, Epic and RED Essential.Assisting the Head of A&R Administration on all SYCO acts, including One Direction, Little Mix, Ella Henderson and Louisa Johnson; included in this has been a successful overhaul in the label copy and mastering process for the SYCO label.Have spearheaded an initiative to standardise tape storage across all SME UK labels, which culminated in the implementation of a server-based backup system for all master tapes.Drove the creation of a digital delivery system for production masters, which has improved efficiency and flexibility of master delivery.Negotiated a discounted pricing structure with a leading mastering studio for all vinyl work, as wellas a further reduced rate for all mastering work for development acts.Undertook the training of new staff, as well as delivering overviews of the role of A&RAdministration to new starters throughout the company.
