Michael Leonard Sr. is a Criminal Justice Consultant, Motivational Speaker and Staff Development Trainer. He was employed by a NYC law enforcement Department. He had held several positions for the agency including , Borough Manager for Community Services a City-wide position where he governed community services for the Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens and Manhattan. He served in the position of Resource Coordinator (city-wide) for the Kings Juvenile offender Program where he spare headed youth programs for convicted felons and helped change their lives to becoming productive citizens. Mr. Leonard earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice Administration and Planning from John Jay College of Criminal Justice. Mr. Leonard was deployed to the Office of Emergency Management (O.E.M.) by the Mayor of NYC Michael Bloomberg during the tragedy of 911. There he was given the highest security clearances available to coordinate and manage a team of law enforcement officials to address community concerns and help to alleviate family tensions of the bereaved.
