Part of EFM Logistics, the largest freight brokerage and 4PL service in Australia, Ship2anywhere is a technology enablement freight solution for the ecommerce sector. Working strategically with the wider business my role is to focus on growth and profitability to optimise shareholder returns.

This senior role is focused on revenue growth at an enterprise level. Working with channel partners, web developers and system integrators to facilitate the implementation of the technology, targeting senior management across national & international retailers. The role primarily includes needs identification, proposal formation, contract negotiation, project planning, solution definition and implementation, whilst working with key internal and external stakeholders.

An integral member of the start up team, my role was varied, operationally strategic and hands on. Freight Carrier Deployments:Through introducing cloud technology to domestic and global shipping providers, the role was to on-board, project manage and integrate freight carrier IT systems with Temando web services, whilst maintaining relationships strategically. Channel Development:Working closely with industry partners and software vendors globally, including web development agencies, CMS / ERP / WMS solution providers, ensuring a successful roll out and integration to Temando web services, whilst maintaining strategic relationships. Direct Selling & Relationship Management:Targeting online retail, B2B and B2C, facilitating end to end on-boarding of clients from pitch, contract negotiations and implementation. This role also encompassed process improvement analysis, solution design & project management.
