KRA/ Responsibilities:Leading the execution teams rendering Engineering Inspection and NDT services to the rapid expanding Oil & Gas, Ship Building industries in Bangladesh and exploring enhancement of business opportunity in this sector. Looking after the installation of Burge Loader of SMB, Germany in Cement Factories in addition to providing Technical & Engineering support to Cement Manufacturers, Bangladesh Rail Way, BCIC and numerous Multinational/National Companies operating in the country in Energy, Oil & Gas sector as EPC partner.

01. Carried out all administrative & operational activities to achieve organizational objectives aiming optimization of production & Revenue.02. Planned production with a view to reduce frequent mold change over and to minimize 'change over period' - highest ranked 'couple of cause' of production loss.03. Identified root-causes of quality failure in attaining desired quality standard. Designed new tools & methodology to maintain consistency in quality & Metallurgical properties in a cost effective way. Leaded IE and R&D department to improve & strengthen the production process, enhanced productivity & capacity utilization.04. Explored root-causes of frequent wear & tear of Machines, Molds & Tooling, all measures taken to eliminate causes of interruptions in production process. 05. Prepared an ambitious Annual Budget & fixed strategy, designed management tools to operate within Budget & establish budgetary control. Prepared yearly Capital Expenditure Budget to be implemented timely in consultation with Finance Dept. 06. Established discipline in Supply Chain and Shipment Schedule maintaining a safe and economic stock level of RM/Spare and FG stock as well.07. Functioned abide by all rules/regulations & compliance of BEPZA.08. Ensured quick settlement of claims & disputes from customer and reduced wastage, rejection and quality defects. Leaded the Engineering & Maintenance team to execute preventive & periodical maintenance and coped-up with break-down maintenance as and when required. 09. Assessed and arranged training for Production crew, QC, IE and R&D personnel, Justified head-count.

Looking after all factory related matters, starting from administration, HR issues, production planning and achievement of the same maintaining shipment schedule, distribution and managing supply chain through commercial department in maintaining safe & economic level of RM/Spare stock to ensure uninterrupted production and quality of the same abide by all the international compliance, rules & regulations as mentioned in Quality Manual, ISO:9001 - 2300 and HACCP. Specially faced the challenge in converting Miracle Industries Ltd - previously a joint venture public limited company with BCIC, TSCL & CCCL to FIBC to produce Food Grade quality as demanded by Codifine, Switzerland where hygiene and TQM are beyond any compromise. Leading the Engineering & Maintenance Team to maintain preventive & periodical Maintenance schedule as prescribed by the machine manufacturer and cop-up with break-down maintenance as and when require in addition to arranging necessary training for both production & quality crews. Developed a Modern Security & Safety System for 03 factories covered by a single control CCTV Network.

Installed and commissioned Dhaka Paint Factory then after I had been assigned to give foundation of the only sister concern company 'Jenson & Nicholson (BD) Ltd - to cater huge demand of Decorative Metal Container as Berger herself were growing with an unexpected exponent. After putting on operation I had been rewarded the position 'Factory Manger' to operate the company as top leader of factory.

Duties/Responsibilities:As a fresh Engineer gathered hand on hard experience of a Modern Workshop and assigned to develop special purpose Tooling & Fixtures. Gradually involved in IE and R&D to enhance productivity, capacity utilization and de-veloped devices & measuring gauges for quality judgment. Helped Factory Manager in administration & in imple-mentation of company policy. Installed & commissioned MS Tube Mil integrated with continuous Induction Welding for the first time to cater the increasing demand of MS tubes/pipes for metal furniture.
