I earned a Bachelor's degree in Management and a Master's degree in IT Management with a focus on Electronic Business from Tehran and Alzahra Universities, respectively. These degrees collectively represent approximately six years of dedicated study and exploration within the field of business.During my tenure at Paraffin Manufacturing Company (PMC), I served as an Export Expert in the petrochemical products sector for three years. In this role, I managed the entire export process, from negotiating with customers to coordinating product loading and exporting to their designated destinations. My responsibilities encompassed monitoring and enforcement all aspects of the export process.Subsequently, I joined Pars Crown Company, a company specializing in the import of food ingredients and export of dairy products, including milk powders. From 2017 to 2022, I held the position of Import Supervisor, directly reporting to the CEO and Vice President. My role involved strategic planning and the execution of various foreign commercial activities, such as sourcing, correspondence, negotiation, ordering, contracting, customs clearance, and more.Currently, I am employed as a Commercial Manager at Satrap Kimya, a well-known company in the food industry, with a specialization in coffee products. My responsibilities include performing and coordinating all foreign commercial affairs, such as sourcing, correspondence, negotiation, ordering, contracting, and ensuring timely completion of all required documentation for import and export. Additionally, I prepare essential analytical reports related to purchase and sales transactions.
