Led a team of cyber investigators, cyber analysts, and digital forensics analysts charged with investigating major security breaches impacting NASA networks to include network intrusions, botnets, and malware infection. Was responsible for overseeing all cybercrime investigations affecting NASA facilities in the western United States region. Developed expertise in identifying and investigating nation-state and Advanced Persistent Threat (APT) adversaries and their tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs).

Oversaw and supported all computer forensics operations for HSI. Led a team of national program managers, computer forensic examiners, and cybersecurity fellows who were responsible for supporting the HSI daily field activities of more than 300 computer forensic analysts located worldwide.

Led the computer training program for HSI. Also performed digital forensics examinations. Performed an expert digital forensics examination on behalf of the Philippines for the Philippines vs. Padilla (child exploitation/trafficking). Traveled to Cebu, Philippines to testify as an expert witness at trial.

Conducted digital forensics examinations on a variety of investigations. Testified in federal court at grand jury, preliminary, suppression hearings, and trials. Conducted digital forensics on U.S. vs. Kenneth Freeman, a US Marshals' Top 10 wanted fugitive. Traveled to the People's Republic of China to conduct forensics on digital devices and computer servers belonging to Freeman.
