Created process improvements to more efficiently accomplish day-to-day tasks by about 45-60% with spreadsheet-based calculators, email/task automation in CRM, and peer collaboration tools.Managed internal technologies like enom/GoDaddy, Digital Ocean, Copper (CRM), ClickUp/Jira, Figma, and Google Workspace for company-wide account monitoring/ad management.
