I began with Stuart Patterson very early in 2002 as a local building damage estimator for insurance providers. I soon became the expert in rural branch development for the company. My primary role was going into rural and regional areas of Australia and setting up new local area branches. Leasing premises / hiring and training estimating, supervisor and administration staff. After a few successful years in this space, I took a role as the Head of Operations in NSW at the state head office in Sydney.
