1) Review drawings, datasheet, VDI, P&ID and equipment certificate.2) Coordinate with sub-contractor QC and client QC inspector for daily site inspection activities.3) Coordinate with material controller for incoming material inspection.4) Coordinate with T&C for instrument calibration activities to ensure all equipment up to date.5) Provided and submitted red line mark up drawings to engineering department to maintain the quality of product.6) Perform visual, closed and detail inspection.7) To familiarize and understand client technical specification, codes and standard required.8) To coordinate daily test and inspection activity and to ensure the inspection conducted as per ITP.9) To liaise with the client for witnessing of inspection and testing (MIR, fabrication and installation).10) To submit inspection check sheet according to the check sheet overview.11) To ensure work produced meet quality requirements.12) To liaise with the client for witnessing the calibration and testing equipments at T&C lab before installation.13) To attend the Project QA/QC Meeting and coordinate with client for the issues pertaining to quality.14) To attend the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) for the equipment before installation on board.15) Provided and submitted E&I check sheet/ITR-A to client inspector for daily progress.16) Attend the meeting together with related department.17) Follow up the punchlist activities.18) Doing the summary for every documentation.19) Review and update the latest revision drawings.20) Report to lead/QAQC manager for daily inspection activities progress.

• Pre-commissioning activities at all instrument device, fire detector and gas detector.• Check and ensure quality of the field instrument cables, junction box, equipment and supporter accordance to client contract specification.• Prepare RFI including attachments etc. layout, cable schedule, termination drawing and P&ID• Perform cold loop check and hot loop check for fire and gas system• Clear all punch list immediately before final inspection• Install all instrument and electrical device base on location layout(plan) and piping & instrument diagram• Calibrate for pressure transmitter, control valve, flow, temperature, level transmitter and gas detector.• Record all calibration reading. • Carry out the termination of cable as per drawing.• Perform of loop check, calibration, recalibration, troubleshooting, verification, simulation of various instrument and control instrument• Calibration and stroking of control valve such as fisher and masoneilin.• Perform signal simulation and functional loop test of field instrument with the coordination of boardman on DCS console to obtain and confirm I/O signal • Testing and maintenance hydraulic valve and solenoid valve for ballast and cargo system
