I am a graduate of St. Petersburg Mining University, where I was working in the UNESCO Center and in organizing the reception of foreign professors.During my Ph.D. studying I started learning Visual Basic. It was very helpful when I was applying for a patent for my research papers, which are listed below.For last two years I am working in Service Desk at the Japanese company JTI, supporting employees from all over the world. My main responsibilities are: - 1st Level Support (on-call/chat/email): incident management, tasks escalation;- Mentoring and tutoring analysts from new hubs- Analysis, diagnostics and solution of technical problems;- Interaction with other support departments to analyze possible technical problems and prevent their occurrence in the future;All skills and day-to-day responsibilities are detailed in the work experience part.My competitive mindset is my greatest strength that allows me to focus on developing and enhancing the competitive nature and willingness to lead within every potential sphere. I strive for professional development, quickly assimilate new information, ready to explore new spheres in work.
