Tasks included facilitation/chairing of all regular, special and annual meetings, preparation for meetings (bookings, preparing documents and distributing callouts, etc.), preparing workshops and presentations for councillors, verifying petition signatures, completing student status checks, updating and publicizing council information via the CSU website, and a host of other tasks.

Task included checking in/out books, assisting students with searches, shelving, book processing, and library maintenance.

Tasks included: recruiting, training and coordinating a team of 20+ volunteers, overseeing fast-paced food distribution shifts, scheduling and facilitating volunteer meetings, overseeing volunteer schedules, preparing food for teams of 20, creating software to help improve food distribution, website design/maintenance, creating accompaniment and assistance programs for members, creating press material, networking with community organizations, coordinating information sessions for service users, as well as many other tasks

Tasks included: recruiting and coordinating volunteers, overseeing volunteer schedules, organizing a fee levy campaign with both the Concordia Student Union and Graduate Student Association (successfully), coordinating personnel and advertising during major book sales, networking with other campus student organisations, seeking consultation with the Center for Community Organisations, coordinating the bookstore’s Annual General Meeting (including producing a budget, making a powerpoint, equipment rental, etc.), as well as a variety of other tasks. Occasional clerk duties included pricing, balancing a cash float, etc.
