• Reported to the General Manager with a daily summary of site performance• Assumed all authority of the plant on shift and manage all manufacturing with support from all staff• Key point of contact for queries from internal external sources relating to production• Facilitated all communication between departments to ensure workflow through the production process• Maintained safe working environment in accordance with all PMP limited WHS policies and procedures and enforce safe working procedures as specified by PMP• Timely and inclusive decisions on shift • Facilitated press checks, stakeholder communications, site tours and any external queries relating to company business• Managed machinery breakdowns and ensure effective utilisation of all resources• Managed and deliver production targets whilst maintaining DIFOT requirements• Supervised crews to ensure the production of high-quality products to the client or company set standards• Managed the facility in a manner that ensures production schedule is achieved• Prepared staff rosters and supervise staff in the safe efficient performance of their duties• Trained, coached, counselled, and developed staff to improve individuals job performance
