Account Management, sales and customer service experience utilised to promote the retention and growth of existing customers whilst assisting the sales team with acquisition and onboarding of new customers. Experience also extends to business development to maximise on profitability, operational management, setting targets, monitoring KPIs, staff reviews & performance management.
