In this role, I supported the MTS planning department and the organization as a whole as a transit focused analyst — identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends and patterns in ridership and service area, reviewing reports and performance indicators to identify data source problems, as well as creating reports of my own to share internally and externally with local, state, and federal transit organizations. I accomplish this work using Microsoft SQL ServerFurther, I served as a GIS resource for the entire organization, creating maps and data exports for various needs such as grant proposals, route analyses, route scheduling, board reports and more. I utilized ArcGIS Pro daily, and published most of my work to our ESRI enterprise server for usage in and outside of MTS. Show less
