Ran the entire production side of the business.Responsible for all operational staff and departments.Responsible for planning the production programs across a multi shift production environment, hitting production output in a timely and cost effective manner.

Bracknell And Plymouth

Moved the entire vacuum thin film department and facility from the Aerospace site in Bracknell to a purpose built facility in Plymouth.Set up the new facility in Plymouth and regained and improved the production of laser mirrors for navigational systems.Designed and manufactured bespoke thin film vacuum deposition chambers from concept through to full production.Designed and built a cleanroom facility to house the manufacturing processing equipment.
