2013:After a sixteen year period of working as a self employed Carpenter/Joiner travelling and living in various countries,unfortunately I had little option other than to retire from the industry due to a work related back injury. Whilst positioned as a site manager for four years I worked in the high end of retail refurbishment,managing large teams of contractors and ensuring all deadlines were met thus avoiding any penalties. Working long and hard is an inherrited part of my personality, over one hundred and ten hours per week were both challenging physically and mentally yet very rewarding when contract deadlines were achieved.So at the ripe age of thirty two....I have embarked on a new career working in the automotive industry for Autoprotect ltd.In the last year I have built a self sustainable book of business built on efficiency,persistence ,and honesty.Three factors I feel are key for any choice of career....(maybe not law)2015: 2 year update.....going from strength to strength as my clientele has quadrupled in just over two years from a standing start of just 50 clients in the first year, I'm now looking after over 200 accounts.I cover a vast area in the south travelling on average 900 miles per week.Due to the high demand of the products and service we at Autoprotect offer I have started to employee admin staff of whom I believe are enjoying the job and are excited about joining me with a common passion to be as proactive and successful as possible.Watch this space!2021: I no longer look like my profile pic, I’m now fat and balding 😉
