A 19-year veteran of both Army and Air Force, working in aviation & mechanical trades and in explosive ordnance disposal looking to move into the Mental Health and Outdoor Leadership realm. Time in the Australian Defence Force has allowed the development of a number of skills including, the ability to multi-tasking & prioritisation, the ability to analyse & troubleshoot, problem solving, resilience & resourcefulness, a high-level of oral & written communication, using good time management skills to complete tasks while exposed to high environmental stressors. Passionate about high-quality work with attention to detail, training, coaching & mentoring others to improve and succeed.Currently studying Cert IV in Mental Health and Cert IV in Outdoor Leadership, looking to utilise prior training and past experiences to support people and provide opportunities for growth in a setting that allows appreciation of the natural world around them.
