Maintenance and enhancement of insurance administration systems.Making large-scale changes to systems including a secure system for administration of credit card protection policies using hardware encryption and card payment web services. This was a legacy system that was poorly understood. I researched the system and dealt with issues, liaising with the provider of the encryption hardware.Character-based, graphical and web-based interfaces to the same business logic and databases.Sole responsibility for administration and prioritisation of work for Cardif Nordic AB, a Swedish subsidiary.Trained in presentation skills.
