A low-ego strategic leader with c.20 years experience of building change programmes, multi-million pound commercial partnerships, developing regulatory relationships, influencing regulatory policy, creating new business ventures, and bringing a creative and pragmatic approach to a wide variety of business challenges. I'm passionate about social impact and transformation, education and helping young people develop the skills they'll need to flourish. I'm a governor at a local secondary school overseeing Pupil Premium and SEND (pupils with additional needs and/or from distadvantaged backgrounds) and I coach youth rugby every Sunday (promoting the England Rugby values of teamwork, respect, enjoyment, discipline and fairplay). I also write classical music in my spare time!
