My role is to advise and implement a test framework, methodology and procedures throughout Stanwell Co-orporation Limited. In addition, produce and provide test strategy, test plan, summary report and defect templates to improve productivity, efficiency and consistency across the organisation. QUU initialized a new IT Project called Development Services. Their company strategy was to enable their customer to apply for water or waste water connections, alterations or disconnections via an online website called Dynamic Portal. QUU employees access the data via linked backend application called IPS. In addition, IPS integrates to other external system such as TRIM, GIS, financial services and Ellipse.My core duties include:System, Functional, Integration and Regression testing in an Agile environmentTesting QUU water and sewerage billing system called HiAffinity. Furthermore, payment file uploads into IPS and payment exception reporting.Test tool utilized is HP Quality Centre v11 to document test scripts, defects and requirementsLiaising with developers, business analyst, project managers, SME's and other senior testersSupporting business users and troubleshooting production defects/issuesReporting test defects and risk to the Project Manager and Test Lead.

The LifeLink system integrated with the Oracle Vision financial system, post office and external vendors like hospitals, coroners and marriage celebrates.

Projects:Funding Management System (FMS)The FMS project was a new application development project which adopted the SDLC methodology. FMS is a Siebel 8 CRM Oracle application which provided an integrated solution for non-government organisations (NGO) service providers. FMS replaced three legacy financial systems and integrated to SAP, Australian Post, major banks and a major client information system.Microsoft Office 2010 upgradeThe Microsoft Office 2010 upgrade project adopted an agile methodology. All NSW government departments had to upgrade from Microsoft Office 2003 to Office 2010.Enhanced Client Management (ECM2)The ECM2 project was a new application development project which embraced the Waterfall methodology. ECM is an Oracle cloud-solution which provided an integrated solution for Service Providers to view funding, client information, outputs and contacts.HP Quality Centre upgradeHP Quality Centre test tool upgraded from version 8.0 to 9.2.HADS Software UpgradeThe HADS software was a Microsoft Access based product which captured Service Provider clients, services and outputs. The HADS software also integrated to a website called HSNet (Human Services Network). HSNet website was used by the public to submit service request and enquiries to ADHC Service Providers.
