I led five teams of about ten people with no work experience and a group of 20 mentors to work on a real-world project for 5 NGOs, helping each one to deliver a successful web product on time.

I assisted the team to keep going without me. It involved doing a lot of documentation and support.

• I helped Streema to take Simple Radio apps (iOS + Android) and streema.com to more than 15M de MAUs in a sustainable way. I also played a big part when we replaced IAPs with subscriptions and conducted a lot of pricing AB tests and changes that led to an increase in the revenue of 5x.• Along with our CEO, I planned and prioritized every week new features, AB tests, and fixes for Simple Radio; I assisted everyone in collaborating asynchronously better (using slack, shortcut.io, Slite, Miro, Github, loom.io, Zoom, Gsuite, Calendly). • Worked with the Dev Team to improve our existing microservices and develop new ones to support the other team's needs (using Django + DRF, Flask, Tornado, and Celery). We progressively migrated our infrastructure to Kubernetes over a year, resulting in a reduction of 40% in our costs. We decreased from 1 week to 2 hours the time it takes to create a new API, web service, or web app, configure a CI system with basic running tests, and put it to work in production (k8s + deis/hephy + Grafana / Prometheus + cookiecutters + Travis CI)• We reduced the release failure rate for Simple Radio Android y iOS apps by 50% & increased a 40% the number of releases in the last two years.• I designed & conducted the development of a PWA, the current mobile version of streema.com (react.js + webpack + node.js), which drove an increase of 25% in revenue (ads). The same for the Alexa Skill (Simple Radio), which reached almost 100k MAUs. • I worked closely with the Growth, Product, and CS teams; we developed a Data Pipeline (pandas, Luigi), Salesforce integrations, and many landing pages.

• I was in charge of the LATAM Release Team, a team of ten Java (Spring Boot) developers. We migrated Cyclelogic backend services from Python, Django, and C++ to Java.• I played a big part in migrating the legacy Cyclelogic infrastructure and services since I knew the services/infra and the business. I was in charge of the LATAM Release Team, composed of 10 people. My responsibilities were creating the specifications and forecasts for the team to work on, coordinating them, having 1-1s, and coaching the team.

We developed and maintained several Python and Django services, processes, back-office systems, web apps, and mobile landing pages for Argentina and the rest of LATAM (Venezuela, Uruguay, Colombia, and Mexico).

I was involved in http://www.knewmismatic.com/ design and development, a numismatic proof-of-concept social network based in Pinax project. Technologies used: python, django, virtualenv, apache2, pinax, solr, django-haystack and django-planet apps, html + css 2.0, jquery.

Mi primer trabajo en Python. Mantuvimos y desarrollamos nuevas features de un CRM. Hicimos el primer sitio web de Alpha Romero Argentina usando Django 0.96 y Flash :)
