• Oversees all current fundraising efforts including: • Northern and Southern Golf Tournaments • Hall of Fame Silent Auction and Live Appeal • Creates new fundraising opportunities such as, but not limited to: • Legacy gifts from all former Hall of Fame inductees • Grant opportunities • Following up on all former donors • Broadcast employees monthly give • Assists the Executive Director with the entire scholarship process including, but not limited to: • Updating scholarship application annually • Vetting all applications • Scheduling all student interviews • Requesting and reviewing all official school transcripts • Calculating individual award amounts (Fall and Spring Semesters) • Keeping open communication with all current scholars • Additional responsibilities include, but not limited to: • Solicitation of volunteers • Assisting with other duties of the Foundation’s day to day operations • Publicity, including but not limited to: implementing school and station outreach, social media, etc.

•Produces compelling content, including print and digital media and videos, to showcase our programs and successes to current and potential clients•Maintains campaign performance reporting, highlighting successes, failures, trends, and opportunities•Analyzes the effectiveness of all marketing campaigns across both online/offline channels•Develops and manages integrated marketing programs from beginning to end (strategy, planning, execution, budgeting, analysis, and optimization). Including thought leadership, lead generation approach, content strategy, partnerships, digital & social media strategy and more.•Generates & execute email and social media marketing campaigns•Manages timelines and key deliverables for all creative and media campaign elements, working with all relevant parties including internal/external teams & agencies•Provides project management support to ensure all deadlines are met•Creates and maintain relationships with external partners•Ensures messaging and branding is consistent across departments and provide training and technical assistance to staff about best practices for branding and messaging•Works closely with website agency to provide performance reporting and industry best practices to optimize visitor site experience and conversion•Researches and analyze market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products and other relevant information to form marketing strategies•Works with the leadership team to market special events, recruit members, and brand new initiatives•Manages relationships with any marketing-related vendors and consultants•Additional projects and duties as required

• Maintain exceptional customer service to hundreds of families each semester• Educate clients about the broad range of fun, one-of-a-kind enrichment programs offered• Manage a team of 25+, while overseeing daily operations including human resources, quality assurance, and facility operations• Collaborate with co-manager and creatively problem-solve issues• Execute daily to monthly reporting using in house programs, Concur, and Salesforce across functions such as Sales, Expenses, Enrollment, Retention, and Market Competitor Analysis • Organize and drive creative sales strategies to hit monthly and yearly goals exceeding 3M+• Upkeep daily class and staffing schedules for over 100 weekly classes and 6 preschool programs• Direct and coordinate various Location Events (Open Houses, Parties, etc.) • Uphold DOH, DOE, and company safety and compliance regulations for both students and staff members• Manage front desk and administrative duties: ordering supplies, phone inquiries, and location email accounts

• Oversees the online writing lab which includes managing over 1000 tutors and hundreds of student essays a day• Manages 4 part-time writing lab coordinators to ensure the writing lab runs smoothly 24/7• Develops new program standards and improves old standards to ensure superior services and highest customer satisfaction• Creates and implements new program initiatives• Creates and conducts training webinars and training guides so tutors, students, and clients can utilize our services to their full abilities• Conducts quality checks of tutors' work to ensure professionalism and adherence to company standards• Follows up on client complaints on all programs by investigating the complaint, taking the appropriate course of action with the tutor in question, and providing a resolution that satisfies the client• Copy edits emails, curriculum, content, training materials, and promotional materials• Creates and personalizes content per clients' request
