My passion is helping companies get off the ground or helping established companies achieve their goals. Having grown up in a small town (Leavenworth) and lived in Washington most of my life, makes me love the outdoors and everything it has to offer. Some of my favorite non work things to do is exercise, hiking/camping, trying new foods, learning new things and spending quality time with family and friends.My professional experience ranges from startups to working for established companies with 15+ years of positive track record. For example at vCustomer, I helped them grow from a small select team (startup) to a Company with over 3,700 employees worldwide. I have led teams in Finance, HR, Facilities and Administration, with my team size ranging in size from 5 to over 100. I have dabbled in entrepreneurship where I was a founding partner of Tunengo, Inc. a software as a service (SaaS) solution, that was created during the great recession to help small businesses that depended on appointments to grow. Tunengo became a remarkable cloud SaaS application that many small businesses used at a very affordable price. I am distinguished member of Beta Gamma Sigma, the international business honor society, for AACSB-accredited institutions which are the top 5% of graduate business schools around the world - a testament to my academic and professional commitment to excellence.My expertise is firmly rooted in 15+ years of corporate accounting and finance, encompassing financial statement preparation, financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, audit management, company valuations, and adherence to US GAAP, alongside a passion for continuous improvement.In essence, I am a problem-solver at heart, with a deep-seated passion for technology, finance, and lifelong learning, always eager to embrace the next challenge.
