CurrentIn my current role at Top-Group, I manage and support IT infrastructure and end-users, ensuring smooth operation and resolving issues across multiple platforms. My responsibilities include:Setting up and organizing workstations, implementing systems, and collaborating closely with end users.Administering and troubleshooting Citrix environments (Citrix Studio) for end users.Managing technical support, maintenance, and administration for AD, Teams, Office 365, and Azure, as well as management of company Sharepoint and OneDrive.Providing support for FortiClient VPN, diagnosing issues in both on-premises and virtualized server environments.Maintaining servers, both physical and VM, in production environments and resolving software issues on them.Managing VOIP systems using Grandstream physical phones.Oversee 20+ tickets daily within the SysAid system, properly documenting and resolving them in accordance with SLA.This role has honed my ability to prioritize tasks, manage complex IT environments, and deliver efficient solutions to technical challenges.
