- Designed and built modular aluminum enclosure, sheet metal parts, and plastic parts for mass production audio amplifier
- Modular design allowed for simplified and faster design variations
- Worked with manufacturers to bring DSD into mass production using injection molding, extrusion, stamping

- Performed rapid prototyping using FDM 3D printing and contracted out wire EDM, aluminum stamping, and polyjet printing to build prototype models
