• Handle daily IT operations including Workstations, Servers, Switches, Printers and Software Support• Monitor, Configure and Troubleshoot LAN/WAN/WLAN issues on Workstations and Servers• Setup and Configure Mail and Calendars on Desktops and Mobile Devices for End Users (Outlook/365)• Setup, Configure and Monitor IDRIVE Backup Agent for Workstations and Servers• Install, Setup and Configure NAS Devices in Network Environments (Synology DiskStation)• Install, Setup and Configure VMWARE ESXI and VMWARE vCenter• Install, Configure and Monitor PRTG Alert System for Data and Voice Networks• Install, Setup and Configure VOIP Networks through 3CX, PORTA, RingOffice• Setup and Configure VOIP Phones IE> Yealink, Grandstream, Nortel, Cisco• Remote Support through RDP, Splashtop, TeamViewer, UltraViewer (Windows/Mac/Mobile)

• Front End Support for Employees (Bank of Montreal), Windows 7 Refresh (Bank of Montreal) and (Money Mart), Pre-Install: Unpacking Laptops and Docking Stations• Bios: PXE boot of the Network and Bios: MAC address is confirmed with Engineer’s (Command Centre), Asset Tag and Serial number confirmed with Engineer’s (Command Centre)• Post-Install: Disk is Encrypted (Unattended)• User’s data migration starts after login to profile, Connect User to Network Printer in Branch and Personal printer in Office, make sure all application and user tools are present (Client Connect, Remote Portal) –User sign-off sheet• Document reported incidents and resolutions in department's incident tracking system, including tracking follow up of incidents as needed

• Deploy Hardware Peripherals throughout T1 & T3 at Pearson Airport• Troubleshoot Printer, Network or Workstation Related Issues to the Backend -1st/2nd Level Support for Counter Agents• Installs, configures and maintains computer equipment, peripherals and software• Respond to, update, close user generated tickets; partners with Help Desk and Systems Operations staff to determine and resolve problems received from end users; documents all help-desk activity• Take inbound Support calls and service issue calls, transfer users to appropriate resources. Monitor for new tickets and help to assign to the correct support resource
