Business Analytics is a new tower in AIG's Personal Insurance organization charged with supporting product leadership in growing our business profitably in a way that can be sustained.My responsibilities include:- Support the Business Analytics head in building this new analytics tower for our $14B Personal Insurance portfolio by transforming from the old 'portfolio management' paradigm to the new business analytics organization- Develop structured reporting to help drive a data/fact driven analytics organization as well as monitor key strategies worldwide against agreed benchmarks- Create efficiencies by standardizing metrics and KPIs across the four Personal Insurance product towers - Personal Accident, Auto, Property and Service Programs- Work closely with our data teams to improve AIG's consumer data infrastructure- Promote the use of data visualization tools by our analysts worldwide to develop dynamic reporting capabilities- Coordinate and consolidate quarterly global senior management reporting for Personal Insurance by working closely with each product tower's business analysts and product heads

Exposure to Accident & Health (A&H) Product Portfolio Management.- Collect global KPIs to monitor health of our A&H portfolios- Coordinate information flows from global field operations in support of developing quarterly senior management reports- Develop data capture best practices and standardized reporting.- Design and Develop a global rating tool for our Group Personal Accident businesses. The tool allows for the actuarial rating factors and underwriting authorities to be controlled centrally and was built to be scalable at minimum to no cost as it gets rolled out to our field operations in the regions. - Create a dynamic tool for management and field to use for identifying key trends and risks in specific portfolios.
