• Lead a successful transition from Waterfall to Agile methodology with 12 scrum teams• As an R&D Manager I have delivered RecoverPoint for virtual machines during 2014 RecoverPoint for VMs being a new product for a new market segment and my group needed to build this almost from scratch. While working on the new product I had to grow the existing product as well adding MultiSite metro topology and other platform support.
