About Sami Matari

As a certified Scrum Master, Scrum product Owner, and project manager for many years it was my job to ensure consistency, compliance, and standardization for every project. This led me to get a bachelor degree in IT (Databases), then a master degree in IT (project management). It was my main responsibility to make sure to collect all the needed aspect of the project, before presenting the stakeholders with the best possible initial plan. Making sure that the life cycle of the project from planning, production, installation, user training, and finally delivery of the project with the appropriate maintenance plan are done to the satisfaction of the stakeholders. Obtaining the trust of the client is an essential part in collecting all the elements needed in designing a successful application. In the past 9 years I was privileged to assist our fighting men and women with their efforts, and our countries, in the Middle East.
