I am a current Part-Time Recruiter with Southwestern Advantage; this is the oldest Entrepreneurial program for college students in the United States. I have always wanted to be in business ever since I was in high school, although I never really knew what type of field. I've had mentors that have made an impact on me throughout my life and I one day realized the constant between each of these mentors was that they made an impact on everyone that they had the chance of coming in contact with. Ever since that eye-opening realization I have been set out to be in the business of building people.While searching for internships as a Freshman in university, I found Southwestern Advantage. While getting to know the program and Leaders in the program I began to read about personal development and the idea of controlling your attitude. These two concepts came at a critical point in my life and since then I began to take ownership for my actions, and found the value of consistently getting outside of my comfort zone.Today I devote most of my time recruiting, training, and developing the next generation of Dynamic Leaders by passing down the principles I have learned throughout my 4 years with the company.
