With over 10 years of experience in the building and construction industry, I am a passionate and visionary leader who strives to deliver innovative and customer-centric solutions. As the Head of Products at Construsoft, a leading supplier and developer of BIM (Building Information Modeling) software and related services, I oversee the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for various products and applications that provide an accurate, detailed, and data-rich 3D environment for our clients. I am motivated by the mission of Construsoft to empower the industry with cutting-edge technology and best practices, and I bring diverse perspectives and experiences from my previous roles as a Marketing Manager, International Marketing Manager, and CEO in different markets and segments.In my current role, I work closely with the product development, sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure that our products meet the needs and expectations of our customers in more than 30 countries in Europe and South America. I also collaborate with our local partner, Tekla, a Trimble Company, and other Trimble Buildings BIM-software providers, to leverage their expertise and resources, and to create synergies and opportunities for growth. Some of the key achievements that I am proud of include launching new products and features, increasing user retention and satisfaction, securing strategic partnerships and contracts, and leading cross-functional and cross-cultural teams. I have also demonstrated my skills in project management, marketing, business strategy, and BIM software, which are essential for my role.
