The challenge was to develop a platform that would allow the digital marketing team to offer incentives to drive higher quote volume while maintaining eligibility criteria, enhancing the experience of the user and call center representatives and preventing fraudulent activity. This meant integration with many of the existing internal platforms as well as integrating with new vendor APIs. The platform successfully launched in November and is the first of its kind. Now that it has launched I'm currently working on optimizing the marketing and user experience to improve program performance. -
